Composer's Solo Exhibition" is an album of internationally active young composer Dai Fujikura's performance at "Composer's Solo Exhibition 2012 - Dai Fujikura" on October 11, 2012 at the Suntory Hall Grand Hall.
The Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra, with conductor Tatsuya Shimono and soloist Pascal Gallois (bassoon), will perform Fujikura's commissioned new works and recent works selected by Fujikura himself, and this will be the first time that his orchestral works can be heard together in Japan.
Based in the UK, Fujikura has won numerous composition awards since his twenties and has received commissions from many countries.
