"Composers' Solo Exhibition" is an internationally active young composer 藤倉 大 who will hold a solo exhibition at Suntory Hall on October 11, 2012, entitled This album is recorded at the "Composers' Exhibition 2012-藤倉 大".
The Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra, with conductor Tatsuya Shimono and soloist Pascal Gallois (bassoon), will perform Fujikura's commissioned new works and recent works selected by Fujikura himself, and this will be the first time that his orchestral works can be heard together in Japan.
Based in England, Fujikura has won many composition awards since his twenties, and has already received commissions from many countries.
