This is the second album of the historic hit "TOKIO", which started with the familiar "TOKIO" vocoder sound. While the previous album contained mostly Hosono's music, this album featured more Sakamoto and Takahashi, and produced so-called YMO blockbusters such as "Technopolis" and "Raideen". The month after the album's release, the first world tour "Trans-Atlantic Tour" began, and YMO finally took the world by storm. Incidentally, the people's clothing worn on the jacket (made by Yukihiro Takahashi's boutique (?) Brix) was also a major influence. The techno cut (haircut) and people's clothes became a big boom. The reissue of the album is坂本龍一The reissue includes the latest "YMO Review Interview" with Yukihiro Takahashi, and the reissue of Haruomi Hosono's Toshiba disc (1999), using Hosono's remastered sound source from 1999.
