    What types of payments are accepted?

    Credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB) / Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay / PayPal / Convenience store payment / PayPay / LINE Pay / Alipay / WeChat Pay / Grab Pay Singapore

    Payment is completed at the time of order. Please contact your credit card company or payment service for information on when the payment will be deducted.
    Please note that if you do not make the payment within 2 days, your order will be cancelled. Please note that your order will be canceled if payment is not made within 2 days. If you have set up a domain name, please cancel the domain name or add "komoju.com" to the domain list.
    A separate transaction fee of 190 yen (tax included) will be charged for payment at convenience stores.


  • Ordering

    Can I edit my order?

    This depends on availability and readiness to ship.

    An error message appears when multiple items I wish to purchase do not appear in my cart. What should I do?

    You cannot purchase "pre-order items" and "regular items" in the shopping cart at the same time. Also, even if they are "pre-order items", they cannot be purchased at the same time if they have different "product release dates". Please place separate orders.

    When will I receive my order?

    The estimated shipping date is listed on the product detail page of each item. Please be sure to check it before purchasing. We do not respond to inquiries regarding shipping dates prior to the scheduled ship date. Please understand this in advance. Please check the shipping schedule for items that are no longer available.

    How much is the shipping cost?

    Domestic: 800 yen (However, the shipping fee may differ depending on the items ordered. Please check on the checkout page.)

    Overseas: Fees vary depending on the country and region of delivery destination at the time of purchase. Please check on the checkout page.

    Can I change my shipping address or shipping method?

    We do not accept cancellations or changes after an order has been placed. Please understand this in advance.
    Please note that the order and shipping times are different when you purchase an ordered product.

    Where is the tracking number?

    Please check your order confirmation page or the email you received when your order was placed.
    Please note that it may take 1-2 business days at most to register and update your tracking information on your shipping carrier's tracking site. Please allow 1-2 business days at most for the tracking information to be registered and updated on the shipping carrier's tracking site.

      Can I use the ID and password of the +ID I used for "mu-mo SHOP"?

      No, you cannot use them. In addition, you cannot use the points (mu-mo store gold) you have accumulated through "mu-mo SHOP".
