Long-awaited Japan tour by the trio, their first in Japan in 16 years since their trio tour <1996> in 1996!
In 2012, the trio released "Three," a collection of self-covered works by piano, cello, and violin after a 16-year absence. This is a video recording of the December 19, 2012 performance at Tokyo's Akasaka ACT Theater, one of 12 concerts in 10 cities in Japan and Korea held in conjunction with this new album.
The cello is played by Jaques Morelenbaum, a friend of 坂本龍一, and the young violin talent is Judy Kang.
The members showed their best performance on the album "Three" produced in Portugal after their EU tour. Please enjoy their performance.
